Honoring the Class of 2026: Scholarships Awarded at the N.D. State Fair

The North Dakota State Fair (NDSF), in partnership with the Minot Area Community Foundation, awarded six $1,000 scholarships to members of the North Dakota State Fair Graduating Class of 2026. The scholarship recipients were honored during a special presentation held Tuesday at the Fair.

This year’s scholarship recipients, selected through a random drawing, are:

• Avah Bullinger (Powers Lake, ND)
• Maggie Iverson (Langdon, ND)
• Zoe Labatore (Mohall, ND)
• Madalyn Meckle (Bismarck, ND)
• Stray Ressler (Mandan, ND)
• Emily Senger (Rolla, ND)

In order to be recognized as part of the NDSF Graduating Class of 2026 and eligible for the scholarship, students must have exhibited and/or competed at the NDSF for a minimum of three years and have been a member of 4-H or FFA for at least four years. Applicants must also be North Dakota residents and enrolled in an accredited post-secondary institution or trade school for the upcoming academic year.

The scholarships were made possible thanks to the generosity of the family of Dick Jensen, whose support helps celebrate and invest in the future of these dedicated young individuals.
